This is a newfound restaurant a mere 10 minutes from my apartment, via bus+feet. It is imperative that upon seeing a Buffalo Grill (as you drive by, etc) you make a face...complete with hand motions and sounds. There you can find super hamburgers, bbq sauce and even onion rings.
