The Loft Bed

After much drama, I am sleeping on a loft bed. Only 5 weeks and it was assembled...but not completely. Just enough to take up my entire room, causing me to have to duck under at every turn. For a few days, I was still unable to put the mattress where it actually belongs, due to a some missing pieces. This left the brackets just sticking out. On the FIRST night, I did not duck far enough to clear one of the brackets. I caught my head on it and thought my first experience with an emergency room would be in French. Thankfully, the gash did not bleed enough to totally fill a wash cloth and I had no nausea, blurred vision or immediate and abnormal sleepiness. (I had a consultation with a nurse/friend and those were her guidelines.)

Mindy,
I laugh every time I read your posts. Not necessarily because the content is extremely funny or comedy inducing, but because of who you are and missing you so much that I can totally see you doing these things here, but not really since I don't think you would buy the bulk of Walmarts stock of Dr. Pepper. I think Drew had withdrawals also-- we went by Sonic EVERY day he was home to get a Route 44 cherry vanilla dr. pepper. Be careful-- you will pack on the pounds with too many sips of that!!!
Love ya!
